For many, themonitoris the core of the setup, tying together every unit and peripheral.
What should I know about this monitor?

Everything you see on my desk is connected to the monitor (including that Lenovo Legion Go S in the background).
It works brilliantly and makes this product a real productivity monster.
In short,absolutely.
Dell’s U2725QE takes that another step forward.

It’s an unassuming design, but there’s a lot going on under the hood.
Shared between these devices?
I can even use both devicesat the same time.
Just having that additional bandwidth for more connections immediately makes KVM support far more useful to me.

It also helps that this monitor is great on its own, too.
Is this a good display beyond the Thunderbolt hub?
Apart from its base specs a 27-inch, 4K, 120Hz display the U2725QE simply looksgood.

Most of the magic happens on the rear, but you can see the hidden compartment on the bottom right-hand corner with even more ports.
No built-in webcam or speakers is a real shame, though.

Just look at that spread of ports.

My favorite part, for some reason, is that the power supply is internal — it’s just a simple cable that you plug directly into an outlet.

There are certainly better displays, but this monitor ticks all the boxes and then some at this price point.

KVM can still be awkward to manage, but simply being able to have all your peripherals connected to one source is great.
