Download and install theVortex Mod Manager.
Many — but not all — Starfield mods can be installed using Nexus Mods' Vortex mod manager software.
Once installed, navigate to thegamessection and search forStarfield.
ClickManage, then restartVortexfor it to take affect.
Using the Xbox app means installing mods manually, or using this workaround as detailed by/u/RubyStarFallon Reddit.
