To get the upper hand, you gotta simply not attack.
Let her move, and then parry her attacks.
You should only have to do this twice before going into the third phase.

You’ll need to jump over the shockwaves to make it avoid taking heavy damage and being stunned.
Eventually, you’ll get the prompt to use a special move, which will end the fight.
It’s one of the best Xbox games available, regardless of how much you’re into Star Wars.
