Some games aren’t able to take advantage of what this keyboard is capable of, too.

At the end of the day, though, the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro is one incredible gaming keyboard.

This is a clean, well-designed keyboard with little unnecessary flair.

The company did not see the contents of the review before publishing.

It’s expensive, though, making this a peripheral for the most hardcore or competitive gamers.

The keyboard base is a combination of brushed aluminum and high-quality plastic.

The included cable is braided and rests neatly inside a firm, reassuring inlet.

The programmable multifunction dial and three macro buttons all have lovely, clicky actions.

The keyboard itself is practically perfect, and I genuinely can’t find anything to complain about.

I really like how this keyboard looks and feels, but this wrist rest just isn’t it.

The magnetic wrist rest, however, is another story.

Be prepared for it to constantly shift out of place and slide around.

I set the actuation depth to 2.6mm, for example, and slightly customized the macro keys.

It’s a pretty standard keyboard layout, and it’s the most refined typing experience in a Huntsman keyboard yet.

With just 40g of force required to depress a key, the Huntsman V3 Pro is unbelievably responsive.

Of course, all those features mean a steep learning curve.

It’s worth the effort, but only if you’re a competitive or hardcore gamer.

Razer’s Analog Optical Gen-2 switches are linear, clacky, and oh-so-satisfying to use. They also make the magic happen.

Finally, I’d recommend theRazer BlackWidow V4 Pro.

This keyboard undercuts the Huntsman V3 Pro by a little bit, and offers a better all-around typing experience.

No matter which of thebest PC gamesyou’re playing, the Huntsman V3 Pro can keep up.

The wrist rest does its job of helping keep your palms elevated, but it doesn’t feel as high quality as the keyboard and its magnets are far too weak.

A tiny LED screen gives you important information and helps with on-keyboard adjustments.

There are lots of high-end, premium keyboards, but few are as versatile and capable for pure gaming as this one.

The Huntsman V3 Pro is one of my favorite keyboards of all time, but it’s admittedly aimed at a minority of gamers.
