WhenWindows 10 debuted in 2015, it did so with a mishmash of light and dark UI elements.
It’s not just incomplete, either.

You will come across areas of the Windows UI that aren’t dark mode compatible on a daily basis.
In some places, dark mode is outright broken.
I mean, what the heck is this?
On Windows 11, its a daily occurrence, and Microsoft doesnt seem to care.

This is an interface you can access directly from the Start menu on the latest version of Windows 11.
I dont know why Microsoft wont put the resources in to complete dark mode.
To be clear, this is an issue that solely relies with Microsoft.
Sadly, that doesnt look like its happening anytime soon.
