Even if you didn’t enjoy The Evil Within, its sequel is better in practically every single way.
The Evil Within 2 establishes early on its ability to assault your senses with different kinds of horror.

I also fervently hope that this world isn’t over, yet.
Now, I’m hoping that Tango Gameworks is planning a return to this universe with a future entry.
You don’t just have to worry about the monsters in the dark — All of reality can shift around you.
After all,The Evil Within IP was re-registered in 2021 for “continued use.
I hope Tango Gameworks continues to expand and test the boundaries of its developers' creativity.
Beyond the story, there’s also room for improvement in the series.
The first time confronting one of these dangerous ghouls was a harrowing experience.

If The Evil Within 3 is coming, it’ll launch into Xbox Game Pass on day one.
This room was all kinds of unsettling, and it’s moments like these that make The Evil Within 2 so special.
