Using your robotic arm as a grindstone is one of the coolest methods of repairing weapons ever in a videogame.
After all those trials and tribulations, I finally entered Hotel Krat and met up with Sophia.
From here on, the hotel acts as the games central hub area.
My second expedition played out like the first with exploration and culling puppets.
The bosses of Lies of P are mechanical monstrosities that you should never underestimate at all times.
During my trek, I undertook a sidequest from an NPC hiding out in the city of Krat.
The Mad Donkey then spots me and tries to chop me in half with his giant meat cleaver.
Geppetto then returned to Hotel Krat while I went hunting for this giant puppet.
Hotel Krat is one of the few safe havens at your disposal in Lies of P.
It didnt take me long to find it as it was a large policeman-like machine called the Scrapped Watchman.
It was so cathartic when I finally put this rapid machine down after such an electrifying battle.
The combat system was deep and engaging and the bosses were challenging but fair.
Telling the truth or lying will be the deciding factor of Pinocchio’s path to become human.
On top of that, the games performance ran flawlessly at 1080p and 60fps on PC.
Lies of P is also coming to Xbox Game Pass on the day it launches.
The Scrapped Watchman is a terrifying foe that will require patience and determination to defeat.
Mastering the combat system to decimate gigantic bosses was the best aspect of Lies of P’s demo.
What horrors await Pinocchio’s future in the depths of Krat?
