With the A7 and A8, Geekom is delivering its best mini-PCs yet.
Both models feature identical designs made out of an aluminum-alloy material, and they look elegant.

The new design makes the A7 and A8 much more elegant than previous models.
The configuration includes the Ryzen 9 8945HS, 32GB of RAM, and a 2TB SSD.
Other than that, there’s just a power button that lights up when the mini-PC is in use.
Internal connectivity includes a single M.2 2280 slot that’s taken up by the pre-installed Gen 4.0 SSD.

What’s different with the Geekom A7?
You get the same set of ports as well, and they’re the same weight.
The only difference is on the inside, with the A7 powered by the Phoenix-class R9 7940HS instead.

If anything, I ended up using the A7 more than the A8.
If you want to save some extra cash, the A7 is a terrific choice.
You get better thermal management and dual SSD slots, but the design isn’t as portable.

Both the A7 and A8 are made out of an aluminum-alloy, and they look good and are lightweight.
Geekom A8/A7: Should you buy it?
The A8 is the best choice if you want the most powerful mini-PC Geekom has to offer today.

Both models have an extensive set of ports at the back.

There’s even a solitary USB4 port.

The Geekom A7 isn’t too different to the A8, and it is a better value.

Both models are at the top of the scale in PCMark 10.

Both models have solid single- and multi-core results in Geekbench 6.

The 780M does a great job at gaming.

Most mini-PCs still use Intel, but we are getting a decent selection of AMD-based designs now.

If you need a mini-PC with plenty of power and a good value, the A7 and A8 are a terrific choice.
