There was an opportunity during the pandemic for Microsoft to create value and dividends for shareholders.

But the good times may be over, now.

Microsoft champions diversity and invests heavily inaccessibilitytechnology.Microsoft even supports unions, supposedly.

I do wonder how many of these initiatives will survive during harsher economic times, though.
